God’s Work, Our Hands….

What exactly does that mean? David Bell, director of the Center for Christian Stewardship of the United Methodist Church, explains, “It is a lifestyle choice that recognizes that everything is a gift from God.” Jesus taught that our responsibility as disciples is to recognize that God’s work in creation is the source of all that we possess and that our response is to give generously. Through our hands, we are called to contribute our time, talent, prayers, service, witness, and financial resources with a willing and joyful spirit.

Here you will find the prayer card that we are using during our Stewardship season. Please prayerfully consider where God is calling you to give and serve in the coming year and then fill out this pledge form. You are invited to print your pledge form from home and either bring it to worship on Celebration Sunday, November 14th or return it to the church office:
