BIBLE 101 Adult Sunday School Summer Session

Dear Andrew Chapel Family,

As we enter the summer season and a break from regular youth Sunday School classes, the online Bible 101 Sunday School Class will still be available. We just finished a two interesting studies on “What does it mean to be a Disciple” in your walk thru life and studying Paul’s letter in Galatians. Starting this week, Peter Combes will lead “The Prophet of Surprises”, a four-week study of the Book of Amos.  Following that, we will be hosting Zoom Sunday School on topics of interest to the participants.

Bible 101 Sunday School class extends a special invitation to Sunday School teachers and all of you to join us this summer at 11:15am each Sunday after the service. If you are interested in joining even for a few weeks as a trial run, please send an email to the church office or Keith Montgomery. We will send you a Zoom invite for the Sunday School class each week.

What do we do? Join the Zoom call around 11:15 on Sundays. The Sunday School class is a discussion following either readings or short video on the day’s topic. The group discusses what does this mean from historical period and religious perspective, how does this work with the Bible teachings, and how this is meaningful to us today. It is a friendly and participative environment which has helped us all gain a better understanding and appreciation of the Bible and its messages.

I hope you join us! If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

Best regards,

Keith Montgomery
