Dear Friends and Family of Don and Ann Ellison,

Don and Ann have been members of Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church for over
40 years and have served the church in so many different capacities. They have moved to
Maryland to the Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, MD.

They have asked that we invite you to celebrate their lives among us on Sunday April 7
at Andrew Chapel. We will be formally recognizing their service during our 11:00am
worship service. Then shortly after that service we will join together for lunch and more
celebration and informal recognition.

As a part of their recognition and as per their request, we will be planting a tree in their
honor. If you would like to contribute to that purchase and be recognized as a donor,
please send a check made payable to Andrew Chapel UMC with Ellison in the memo.
There will also be an opportunity to donate and sign the card on the 7th.

If you have a photo of Don and/or Ann that you would like others to see, we’ll have a
display table where you can put them out. If you have a story you would like to tell about
their influence in your life, or a fun time you have had together, there will be an opportunity
during the luncheon celebration for people to tell those stories.

If, sadly, you will not be able to attend the celebration but would like to send them your
well wishes, please send the card to Don and Ann c/o Andrew Chapel at the address
above. If you would like to send an email message, send those to DeeLeggett@aol.com
with Ellison in the subject line. We will hold them and give the notes to them on the 7th.
Don and Ann have had a huge influence on the life of Andrew Chapel over these last
40+ years. Come tell them thank you and best wishes in their retirement.
