At various times throughout the year, the pastor leads short-term classes on a variety of topics. Included are classes for New Members and those interested in joining or transferring their membership to Andrew Chapel. For more information, please contact the church office.
Read & Return Spiritual Books
Location: Sunday School Narthex (by the North entrance & coffee station)
The table is filled with spiritual growth books for children, teens and adults. Some are selected for seasonal emphasis such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, etc. Books may be borrowed and returned within two weeks.
Resource Center
Location: Room 148, during office and church hours
Provides Christian books to check out, reference materials and Christian videos. Materials are available for children and adults.
Free Magazine Resources
- Pockets: is for children. This fun magazine for kids has short articles, games, ideas for activities, stories of heroes in the faith, Scripture and more.
- Devozine: This magazine is for Teens and written by Teens. Each day of the week there is a short article, 3-6 paragraphs, on topics that relate to the monthly theme, along with a Bible verse.
- Alive Now: A magazine for adults. Each one is published for two months with these that vary with each edition. Poetry, short readings, Scripture, prayers, Bible verses for each day of the two months follow the lectionary, the Bible readings of the month.
- Upper Room: This classic daily spiritual reading magazine for adults has been a support to people for generations all around the world. Each day there is a recommended Scripture reading, a Bible verse, a short story written by faithful people like you and me, a prayer and a prayer focus. People throughout the world, and here at Andrew Chapel, have used this devotional daily to strengthen their faith. These are located on the table outside the sanctuary and near the Education wing door.
