Loving God, loving others and loving ourselves was the focus of the Fall Retreat. We had a good time relaxing together and getting to know each other as we thought more about loving God, loving others and loving ourselves. Rick Dawson, Director of Camp Highroad led the program and challenged us to find an opportunity to grow in our faith with small groups.

In April, special guest, Melissa Dunlap from the UMC District facilitated this forum to discuss what we need from the church and we have to give the church for our future.
It was an opportunity to reconnect to God to each other and to the community to fulfill our mission statement: Loving God, Following Christ, Serving Others.

Tom Sawyer
The King David Choir (and others) presented "Tom Sawyer," the story of a young boy on the verge of becoming a
man gets into a series of troubles. He skips school, sneaks out at night, hates
to go to church and even runs away for so long the town thinks he’s dead. No
matter what he does, his aunt and his church accept him back, love him and try
to guide him.
