Looking Ahead for YOUTH

 

Sunday School starts September 12th

 

Evening Youth group kicks off in September

       (look for a date on the web or in the bulletin)

 

Small Groups for Youth:

    • Monday night group for the boys
    • “US”  group for girls – meetings vary
 
 

 

Some other things to look forward to:

“Dinner & a Movie” night once a month to bring the boys & girls groups together

Some joint activities and outings with our sister church at Great Falls

 

 

 

 

 
Jr. & Sr. High Youth Group meet on Sunday evenings at 6:00 for a snack supper and programs. Fifth Sundays are usually reserved for a special activity of some kind.

Confirmation Class (Grade 6 or older)
Location: Pastor's office conference table, Room 133
When: Annually, in the Spring

This class is for children in 6th grade or older who desire to be confirmed in the Christian faith. Conducted by the Pastor, the class concentrates on understanding the United Methodist faith and examining its symbolism. Each child has a mentor who meets with him/her weekly to review the lessons and answer questions.

Acolyte Training (Grade 7 or older)

Please mark Sunday, September 12th on your calendar. This will be our annual meeting and
we need all acolytes to attend. It will be right after church at noon for about an hour.
Calling all 7th graders! Now that you are officially in the youth program, we need your talents
for worship. Come to the acolyte meeting and be part of our great team!
Praise Band (Grade 7-12)
