On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Andrew Chapel families gathered in a Covid-safe manner with decorated cars to host the Andrew Chapel preschool families for the annual Trunk or Treat. Over 40 parents and children were able to enjoy the treats handed out by the 11 trunks, which were decorated with themes ranging from a knight and dragon, Noah’s Ark, down on the farm, spiders, dogs, sports, under the sea, a witch and a ghostly graveyard, and a frog! Families were escorted by Girl Scouts from Troop 3866, who assisted with the scavenger hunt and made sure families remained socially distant. Participating families brought canned goods to be donated to the Andrew Chapel food pantry. We are thankful for the families who hosted trunks, and those who attended the festivities.
