As Andrew Chapel continues to serve God’s people, we focus this time on a donation of computers. When a local company decided to upgrade their laptop computers to new ones, a church member saw this as an opportunity to reach out and help! Several of our amazing youth worked with adult leaders and up-graded the memory capabilities of 30 laptops, and reprogrammed them!

Computers ready, our coordinator reached out to the parent liaison at Cunning-ham Park Elementary School and set up a date for the delivery of the laptops. The families who needed them were identified by the school, and the date was set for the first Friday in October. The computers were designated for their per-sonal use. Adult leaders and translators from Andrew Chapel wrote clear instruc-tions in both English and Spanish on how to set up and use the laptops. On the assigned day, happy volunteers handed the computers out, and the families who received them were truly appreciative! It was a win-win for everyone involved!

That’s the beauty of being the hands and feet of Christ and seeking the Lord’s leading as we continue to Be the Church out in the world – it enriches the spiritual lives of all involved. Where do you feel God calling us to act?
